Work is now well underway on one of the latest care home developments we’ve been appointed to deliver.
Seven weeks after starting the build, piling has been completed at the £10m care home in Harpenden, Herefordshire, which we are developing on behalf of new client, Porthaven Care Homes. From here on in, we expect progress on site to move forward with the usual efficiency and quality #TeamKori is known for.
The scheme will help meet rising demand for later life care in this attractive part of country, which is popular with families and retired couples. The modern, 63-bedroom care home has been designed to capture the character of the local area and will include a range of amenity spaces both inside and outside of the building. Set over three storeys, it will be surrounded by landscaped areas providing peace and tranquillity to residents.
