Clear Proposal

If the site works, we issue a straightforward offer. Most deals are structured via exclusivity followed by an option agreement, so you are protected while we progress planning.

STEP 03

Planning & Design Work

We handle all surveys, design development and engagement with the local authority utilising our in-house design and planning expertise.

STEP 04

Planning Decision

Once planning permission is secured, or an acceptable alternative route is agreed, we move to purchase the site at the price agreed upfront.

STEP 05

Site Delivery

Kori Construction then takes the project forward, giving certainty that the scheme will be built to a high standard.

Meet The Team

George joined Kori in 2024 to launch Kori Developments and is now responsible for growing the business and building a strong pipeline of future schemes.

He oversees land acquisition, planning and consultant teams, taking a data-led approach to sourcing new opportunities.

With 12 years’ experience in property development, including seven years in the later living sector, George brings particular expertise in challenging planning cases, and works closely with care operators and funding partners.

Barrie leads the design side of the growing Kori Developments pipeline, taking projects from the initial assessment of a site through to planning consent.

From site analysis and layouts through to rendered visuals and indicative elevations, his work helps bring the development to life and shape the scheme before a full planning application is submitted.

Callum joined Kori Developments as Land Buyer, with responsibility for identifying and securing new sites for care home development. He takes opportunities from the initial site assessment through to acquisition, working to establish a deal for both Kori and the landowner.

With over seven years’ experience in the land industry, Callum brings valuable expertise in sourcing development opportunities, assessing planning and land constraints and negotiating acquisitions.
