Construction has officially commenced at Kori’s new care home scheme on Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden.
The 70-bed care home marks the third project for repeat-client Care UK, and will provide a full range of care services, including permanent and respite residential and dementia care.
The en-suite rooms and communal areas are spread out over three floors and have been designed to be fully compliant with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission, as well as reflecting best practices in home layout arrangements.
The home will feature a welcoming on-site café, cinema, and hair and beauty salon. Spacious dining rooms and well-stocked activity rooms will lead residents onto the beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the structure.
Works are scheduled to be completed in 2026.
