At Kori Construction, we’re committed to thinking differently to deliver the exceptional.
Our care home development in Rugby – named Butlers Mews in honour of the Butlers Leap pub that once stood on the site – exemplifies these values. Butlers Mews is a 76-bedroom property that we completed in November last year for leading care provider Avery Healthcare.
It is finished to an incredibly high standard with each room being equipped with a resident nurse call and information system. Other facilities include a café, cinema room, library, hair salon and therapy suite. The development, which has been designed to fit seamlessly into its surroundings, will help meet the local need for residential and later living care in this popular town.
Interest in Butlers Mews is, as expected, extremely high as it will enable residents to continue living independent lives in beautiful surroundings while receiving the very high standard of care Avery is known for.
It is a development that we are extremely proud of.
