As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graduate HSEQ Advisor to join the team.
The Role
Salary: £18,000 – Part-Time
The O&M Coordinator will support our Operations & Maintenance work, keeping track of inspections, certifications and compliance milestones, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular status reports for clients.
This part-time role suits someone with good admin experience who is organised, keeps on top of follow-ups, and is willing to learn O&M and CMMS systems.
The Day to Day
- Assist in tracking inspections, certifications and compliance milestones
- Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, permits and compliance documentation
- Prepare weekly or monthly O&M status reports for clients
- Update digital systems or our CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) as required
Who are you?
- Someone with good administrative experience, or experience in operations, maintenance coordination, facilities support or a related field
- Organised, with strong time-management skills
- An excellent communicator with strong follow-up abilities
- Confident with office software (e.g. Excel, Google Workspace) and willing to learn O&M or CMMS systems
