We’re delighted to have completed the fit out of a wonderful new care home in Monsell Gardens, Leicester, on behalf of Avery Healthcare. Team Kori took the building from shell and core to practical completion in nine months, delivering it on time and on budget for a very happy client.
The 60 bedroom development, called Lady Jane Court, is a modern-day interpretation of the Victorian style with stone features and steeply pitched roofs. Facilities include en-suite rooms, companion rooms for couples, a range of lounges and dining rooms, an all-day reception café, hair salon and barbers, a purpose-built cinema, plus a private dining room for residents to entertain family and friends on special occasions.
The development will create a total of 60 full time jobs.
