We’re delighted to have secured a new care home development near Bristol, which will bring much needed dementia care to the area. The 75 bedroom scheme, which is 2km north of Yate town centre, is our second project on behalf of leading care provider Care UK and is one we’re very proud to be involved with.
The development will provide specialist dementia care, residential care, and respite care in modern surroundings, enabling residents to continue living as full and independent lives as possible. It includes en-suite bedrooms and a range of communal and amenity areas such as a café, cinema, hairdresser, lounges, dining areas, and quiet rooms. Residents will also have access to landscaped areas and private garden spaces.
Being involved with developments like this is a real source of pride for everyone here at Kori Construction because it is about far more than just creating a building. It is about providing a home, a safe environment, and a wonderful later life experience for everyone who will live there.
