Everyone here at Kori Construction is delighted to learn that the life sciences project we completed on behalf of Science Creates in Bristol has won the innovation category of the Constructing Excellence South West annual awards.
The Old Market Incubator is an office, laboratory, and event space housing growing deep tech companies that are providing cutting-edge solutions in healthcare and related sectors. As part of the work, we created 15 labs capable of accommodating Containment Level 2 activities, as well as nitrogen gas to all labs.
This was a challenging brief to create a unique and exciting work space that inspires innovation, collaboration, and ground breaking scientific research. We believe the variety within the project showcases the wide skillset within the Kori Team, and we’re delighted this has been recognised with an award. That skillset and our experience will be invaluable going forward as we continue to extend our reach into the life sciences sector.
This is a fantastic and truly innovative building and we’re proud to have been part of its creation.
