Kori Construction is proud to announce that we have secured a new 70-bed care home in Norfolk for leading care home developer Abora Developments.
Located on land adjacent to Taverham Nursery Centre on Fir Covert Road, the development will provide exceptional facilities for future residents, including a private dining room, cafés and lounges on every floor. The home will also feature a hair salon, library, cinema, and beautifully landscaped gardens, designed to create a warm and welcoming environment.
The scheme includes associated car and cycle parking, landscaped grounds, and general amenity spaces. Designed with accessibility at its core, the home will offer step-free access across all areas, with two passenger lifts conveniently located in the main entrance.
Formerly the site of a garden centre, the surrounding area now includes the new Lidl store and Taverham Vets. Once complete, the care home will be registered with the Care Quality Commission and is expected to create approximately 70 new jobs in the local area.
