It is always great to see our projects come to fruition which is why we’re delighted to have handed over a fantastic care home development to our client, Avery Healthcare, this week. Butler’s Mews in Rugby is named after the Bulter’s Leap, a pub that previously occupied the site and completed this week. The 76-bedroom building is finished to an incredibly high standard with each room being equipped with a resident nurse call and information system. Other facilities includes a café, cinema room, library, hair salon and therapy suite.
This is the second care home we have completed for Avery Healthcare in recent weeks after handing over Lady Jane Court in Leicester a month ago. We currently have a third development under construction on behalf of the client in Godmanchester.
#TeamKori did a fantastic job delivering the project in 18 months. Particular thanks go to Project Manager Julyan Woolson, Site Manager George Donnelly, and our design and supply chain partners. Well done, and thank you for all your hard work on this fantastic facility.
